I have had a stoves gas range cooker 1000 gds and have also suffered the dint in the door, the grill dries up the food so I dont use it, the control knobs get hot if the oven door is opened, the control knobs have worn out, the writing to indicate which ring to use has worn out, and the gas rings are rusty. I have a friend who has the same cooker and has had similar problems to mine she also doesn't use the grill. I contacted stoves and they arent interested. To replace the control knobs would cost me approx £60. I am comparing my Stove cooker to my previous cooker which cosmetically looked after 20 years as good as the day it was bought Don't buy a stoves appliance they're rubbish!!
