I like cooking with this the only things i will mention are if you are cooking with the bottom oven the top oven glass gets hot enough to burn, also condensation between the double door glasses, this is a cleaning pain.
Pan suports allow the pans to rock (i have had these changed but second set does the same).
The cooling fans are noisy i have a kitchen dinner and find the fans cutting in and out to cool the ovens when the cooker is turned off an iritation, The timmer alarm bell is rather queit and not very easy to hear if the fans are running.
I had a problem with the top oven stoves sent enginer out quickly the faulty component was changed by a polite and smartly dresses man with the minimum of fuss and mess. I have been very pleased with costomer services.
The top of the oven is easy to clean once the pan supports have been removed.
Overall i like this oven. I feel it was value for money compared with other all gas cookers.
Only 1 suggestion i would of liked a 600mm wide oven that had solid doors but all manufactures only do this in a 500, or 550 all 600mm wide ovens have glass doors.
