Stoves stoves are great
Review of Stoves 600SIDOM by

Advantages: Dual fuel
Disadvantages: none
...I bought this cooker when I moved 3 years ago. I wanted a double oven for those family sunday dinners, and a gas hob because I was fed up with my old electric hob taking ages to heat up.
I did a lot of research before choosing to buy a Stoves cooker, they seem to be one of the most reliable makes and good quality. It was an expensive buy but I thought it was worth it to get exactly what I wanted.
It is silver with smoked glass in the oven doors, the knobs are black and silver and it looks great.
This is a dual fuel cooker with electric ovens and gas hob, so you get the best of both worlds. The bottom oven is big enough for a 20lb turkey and is fan assisted. The top oven also contains the grill, and is not fan assisted.
The knobs are easy to turn and there is electronic ignition. The clock is easy to set and there is a timer...

love my stoves cooker
Review of Stoves 600SIDLM by
Wjww
Advantages: safety shut off, wider oven and grill
Disadvantages: none
...Hi there, i purchased my stoves cooker over five years ago at a price of £419 from powerhouse as it had recently hit the market, and its still running with no falts, it atractive style, silver colour, extra wide size, and digital clock attracted me to this cooker.
Its excellent to clean all the knobs, shelves, grill, and gas burner top / bottoms, are easily moved and easy to clean. Mine is still looking new after five years of cooking with it.
The cooker itself features a wide grill compartment, two shelf wide oven, light, see through double glass door, starter switch wich is comected to the main electrical suply via a pug, and four burners. two normal, one simmer, and one rapid.
The cooker has a safety cut out function so that if burners are on and the lid is pulled down, the knobs turn back to off, so very safety friendly.
It also...

Avoid Stoves ovens!
Review of Stoves RICHMOND 1000 by
CJ111111
Advantages: Looks nice in the shop
Disadvantages: Wears quicjkly, cheap plastic parts, poor customer service
...Avoid all Stoves models, particularly their "range" style double ovens. I purchased the very similar 1000GDLSVS , 8 burner double oven model. Looked good in the shop, however the control knobs turned out to be made of cheap plastic covered in plastic silver/foil. The silver has peeled on every control knob in sharp shards revealing awful looking yellow plastic. The oven doors are difficult to close without slamming them and the grill and ovens are very difficult to light. The fan in the grill often blows the grill out - very annoying!
Their customer service is terrible as they only advise that they'll sell spare controls via their website - but presumably the same cheap quality! Classic example of "rip off" - a brand name to avoid....
