Avoid all Stoves models, particularly their "range" style double ovens. I purchased the very similar 1000GDLSVS , 8 burner double oven model. Looked good in the shop, however the control knobs turned out to be made of cheap plastic covered in plastic silver/foil. The silver has peeled on every control knob in sharp shards revealing awful looking yellow plastic. The oven doors are difficult to close without slamming them and the grill and ovens are very difficult to light. The fan in the grill often blows the grill out - very annoying! Their customer service is terrible as they only advise that they'll sell spare controls via their website - but presumably the same cheap quality! Classic example of "rip off" - a brand name to avoid.

Helpful review. I looked at the Stoves ranges when I bought my Rangemaster- I'm glad I avoided them!
