Advantages: Tons of information, Easy to read and find what you need, Factually accurate.
Disadvantages: Some information is repeated, A section on the blocks used in house building would of been nice.

Great for all ages

Advantages: great for all the family
Disadvantages: can be frustrating!

I've had a Bedlam Cube for several years! It's something that doesn't go out of fashion and can be attempted by any age (5 to 100+). When you purchase Bedlam Cube you are buying a plastic/perspex cube with a lid, inside which is an assortment of coloured plastic shapes (as you can see in the above picture provided by ciao). When we bought it my dad even took over opening it so that he could attempt to draw a plan of how the shapes were - still no joy even when following his plan! Princess Fiona's husband has got himself a new job

Advantages: great family fun, easy to play and improves eye-hand co-ordination
Disadvantages: can become annoying if you keep missing and everyone else doesn't

Master Materia, And Much More

Advantages: Helpful for those struggling to finish the game first time

helps if ya get stuck

Advantages: seperated into chapters, clear graphics
Disadvantages: sometimes difficult to read in places

...a few years ago when the original sims game came out and it was relatively helpful it simply explains all the features such as looking after your sim and building tools, buying objects, how to get higher in the career. As it was the first sims game there wasnt that much to do as there is in the next generation sim games such as sims 2 and 3. I dont even think the guide would be that easy to get hold of nowadays and most computers would even be too ...
...go for the later games. Very easy to read through and the book is split up into sections so that what you are looking for is very easy to find such as Careers, Relationships, Family, Skills etc. Clear images of the computer screen to help you around the tool bars ...
