I have been shopping on this wonderful website for over 3 years. I found that this site has improved on a lot of their items and brands. Their stocks are really affordable to people like me who in every way skint and always wanting to have something that I can only think of having. I came across this store really by pure luck! One day I was just browzing online and found this store. I went in lazily went and check out their items, I was only looking and did not place any orders with them then. I bookmarked them though. I visited them quite often and saved up some quid to try them out. Eventually, when I striked up the courage to order online, I tried them. The whole ordering process was simple, browzing on their site just excites me in everyway! But, I can't go crazy just like that now can I? (Even if I wish I could, who wouldn't?) Anyway, yes, I brought my very first ever Chanel pressed powder. Went and pay. Got my order number. Next few hours, I got another email telling me that my order was shipped. All I did then was waited. So, next day I was bored and went back to their site and read their FAQ's. To my suprise, I read that they reinburse customs charges. I thought that it was nice of them to do so. (I never thought that I would be charged though...) I received my very first note from Royal Mail, telling me that I have to pay charges for my order on Strawberrynet. Since I have read the FAQ's I'm pretty ok with it. I paid got the parcel, couldn't wait to go take my order back home to check it. (I did not want to open it at work! Since its MINE and all MINE! hahaha) Once I got home, I opened it, it was all wrapped up looking like a pressie. Oh! by the way the whole parcel arrived to me at work wrapped up with lilac ribbon as well!!! So the whole order looked like a gift! I was so happy! I got the powder, sent them a copy of my vat, got refunded the next week! The whole process was really nice and sweet! So from that day on, I have been always ordering from their site, even friends at work do as well, they came to me coz of the lilac ribbon on my orders and were curious! So i told them, now they order more than I do!!! Its a really nice experience, everyone should at least try them once! I have and now hooked on them! (in a nice way! :) )

Like nicole, I find that they are often very expensive on the items I want to buy - often more expensive than buying direct from the manufacturer which is a bit of a cheek!

I've never used Strawberrynet as I tend to find a lot of the items they sell are cheaper elsewhere.
