Quality of Perfum I received: very bad
StrawberryNet sent a replacement product very promptly after I complained that the quality of the product I had received was very bad. The perfum smelled stale and almost like a chemical cleaning product. When I complained I was given the choice to get a refund or a replacement. However, the replacement is just as bad and left me now wishing that I had gone for the full refund option. I have used this perfum for a long time and know that it should not smell the way the one they have sent does. The original is a very light, fresh and flowery frangrance. I am not able to use the stuff they have sent unless I intend to stink the office out. Hence, I am utterly gutted that I have waited all in all for almost 5 weeks and ended up with a rubbish product anyway. Another draw back were the long delivery times. The first order took almost 3 weeks to get to the UK. The second one improved to "only" 2 weeks despite postal strike. I will not use this site again. Too much hazzle for no quality.
