A family member told me about this catalogue just before Christmas so I thought I would take a look & I was very impressed witht he range of products they do ranging from little nic naks to complete bedroom furniture etc.
It was a ideal little catalogue fo me to go through just before Chrsitmas as it gave me loads of ideas for little presents that I could buy for only a few pounds & it had a excellent selection of Christmas cards & wrapping paper at a fraction of the cost of the high street.
The best thing about this site/catalogue is the prices, most items are a lot cheaper than you will find in shops like Argos etc, for example I have just purchased a chest of drawers from them, it cost £40, for a similar product in Argos was nearly £75, so I had a massive saving & Im also currently waiting for some curtains to arrive which on all the sites I looked where £65 per set but on Studio they where only £32.99 so I got my two sets for what I would have been paying for one & they are also on Quidco so you get can even more money back buy going through them.
The catalogue has loads and loads of choices from Garden Furniture, clothes, electricals, toys & games, homeware & gifts (the list goes on). If you are looking for a little something for a birthday, new baby etc this is a good site to look at because you can get a lot of personalised gifts on it so you can have mugs, photo frames, towels etc etc with the persons name on it.
You can order a couple of different ways, either pick something out of the catalogue & fill in the order form they send with it & post it off or you can go onto there website www.24studio.co.uk & order it through there.
You can also pay for everthing outright or start a account & pay for it in installments (interest is put ontop)
The delivery is £4.99 (no matter how many items ordered) but does vary on larger items. Delivery can be a bit slow though, I think this is the only downside to this catalogue, on my latest statement it says I may have to wait 21 days for delivery so make sure you think of this before ordering as your item may not turn up when you need it.
As for the Customer services I have not had to deal with them yet as everthing I have ordered has turned up on time & anything I have sent back has always been credited to my account quite promptly
All in all a very good site for gift buying, I dont think I will look any where else now for my gift ideas.
Overall a very good catalogue which I will always use for gifts etc

yes I have found their delivery times to be horrendous! I ordered something on 11th May, that I needed by 22nd June, nothing arrived for ages, at the time I ordered it said in stock on their website, when i checked on my order online it said awaiting stock, it kept saying that for months, i rang them several times and all they could tell me was that they didnt know when stock was coming in. Its now august, 3 months after I ordered it and way to late for me to get it anyway and I have cancelled the order. I will pay off what I owe them and close the account, most things I have ordered from them have taken weeks to come, with the exception of christmas cards that arrived within a week. The APR is massive too!

They do have a very good range of stuff at reasonable prices especially the cards and wrapping paper x
Advantages: The easy way to shop for the essential and unusual Disadvantages: Postage costs make small purchases prohibitive and they have annoying "opt-out" insurances that you don't need
