Advantages: Good effects, digital sound, built-in metronome
Disadvantages: Built in guitar tuner would be useful, only 8 tracks, relatively small hard disk (1.8 Gb)
It's difficult to review a product like the D8, purely because technology advances so quickly and it has already been better by 16 track recorders. However, I can say that the D8 does exactly what it should do and does it very well indeed.
