Its Vaseline in disguise

Advantages: Lasts generally a considerable amount of time, doesnt make your hair feel rock hard (like gel)
Disadvantages: Has a sinister smell (as if hiding something), Makes your hair look like you work in the Chip Shop or Mcdonalds (-you get the picture), Sticks to your hands after use (needs a good old scrub to get it off), makes your hair look grey/white when applied

"Washes out easily"... a downright lie!

Advantages: Holds well, can be used to good effect with other styling products (eg. sprays).
Disadvantages: Leaves hair in an appalling condition.

VO5 Wax

Advantages: Smells nice, holds your hair (kinda)
Disadvantages: Really greasy, hard to wash out properly
