Big hair for little momma
Review of Nicky Clarke Hairomatherapy Thickening Mousse by
backstreetwoman
Advantages: Gives thickness to fine, limp, flyaway or thinning hair
Disadvantages: Expensive
...and styled it, I noticed Nicky Clarke's Hairomatherapy Thickening Mousse with therapeutic aromatherapy essences on the shelf. I'd probably noticed it before and was put off by the price - at £4.50 for a 200ml canister it is not cheap, although I do find that it lasts forever. Well, perhaps not forever, otherwise I would have only bought one over the past couple of years, but a long, long time. On the front, it states that it is a 'thickening mousse ... ...very designer looking, but then Nicky Clarke is quite a highly regarded hairdresser. (Wish I could afford to go to him)! The mousse itself it pretty standard looking as far as hair mousses go, but the one difference with this mousse is that when you squirt it into the palms of your hand and rub it between your fingers before applying it to the hair, it doesn't disappear! This has been the problem with so many other mousses, I have found, where you ...

Review of Nicky Clarke Colour Therapy Sweet Like Chocolate Move Me Mousse by
fashtech
Advantages: Smells Good and Lasts A Long Time
Disadvantages: None
I've used this a few times when going out at weekends and it's good for making your shiny and really brings your colour out if it's dyed.
The smell isn't too bad and it isn't like mousse that you usually buy in a tin.
It's a pump action mousse, so you see the liquid in the bottle then push the pump and then it becomes mousse.
When applying it to your hair it doesn't really leave your hands sticky either.
I can't fault this product at all. The ... ...for dark hair so if you have highlights it really makes them stand out and look good. And it even looks like liquid chocolate inside becasue the liquid is a brown colour.
You can buy this as far as I know where I work at Savers, it costed me 99p. But if you were to buy this is Boots or Superdrug if they sold it it would be more than likely more expensive.
Also on the bottle it says to apply to towel dryed hair. In the bottle you get 150ml. So for ...

MORE WHITE STUFF BUT IT AIN'T STICKY
Review of Nicky Clarke Hydrating Mousse by
Badger_Boy
Advantages: Smells lovely, makes hair shiny, nice packaging
Disadvantages: Doesn't hold hair in place, can be expensive.
Today I’ll be reviewing Nicky Clark Hairmatherapy Hydrating Mousse.
I hadn’t heard of this product until a few weeks ago when I came to post my Nicky Clarke Sport Hair Gel opinion and found there wasn’t a category. Although there wasn’t a category for the gel, there was this product. After reading the review I was intrigued to see if the results would be the same for me, so whilst wandering round Bodycare I picked up a can, for £2.49.
I hadn’t ... ...the mousse. It has the Nicky Clark name in black lettering and Hydrating Mousse sat in a red strip in white letters. A very attractive can if I do say so myself.
So what’s it meant to do? Well, the packaging builds this mousse up by saying that it will provide hair with superior anti-static, flexible hold and luxurious moisture for dry, unmanageable or frizzy hair. The name Hairmatherapy is due to the fact that the mousse contains essences of Ylang ...

Review of Boots Salon System Styling Mousse by
danniell
Advantages: great hold
Disadvantages: none
...looking at the mousses in boots i spotted that they make a mousse of there own, this is available in a range of holds but as i wanted mine to hold all day which is usually a long day i opted for the extra firm hold which comes in a purple metal tin with a spray nozzle on the top which is plastic and a plastic lid.
This mouse not only claims to be good for keeping your hair in style like i have brought it for but it also says that it protects from ... ...etc so maybe this will be becoming a year round product for me.
The first thing i noticed about this mousse that i realy liked other than the price was that it wasnt sticky, it didnt make my hands sticky when applying it and my hair didnt feel sticky once it had been styled.
It drys to leave my hair hard which is exactly what i would have expected from an extra firm hold product but another surprise of mine was how easily it brushes out without ...

Hold me firm
Review of Tesco Styling Mousse by
ChocolateChip
Advantages: Cheap and cheerful, with pro-vitamin B5.
Disadvantages: A bit watery, nozzle is a bit loose.
...she could to her nearest Tesco store (open 24 hours horray!). She discovered (much to her joy as she was skint!) that Tesco's in fact did their own hair styling range of products and found a lovely styling mousse with extra firm hold to purchase at the late night store, only 61p! it's a bargain and here's what she saw:
The tall purple and silver 200ml can was appealing to the young woman, the packaging stated that the styling hair mousse was extra ... ...and her hair still looked quite good as she stumbled back after a few too many wines.
So, the night was over. The young woman had triumphed with her cheapy Tesco hair styling mousse at only 61p, a great value for money and the product wasn't that bad either. ...
