Car Reviews of Subaru Legacy »
subara legacy
Advantages: nice and big Disadvantages: uses alot of petrol
...The fuel consumption of the Subaru Legacy 2.2 is rated between 21 and 35 mpg by Parkers Price Guide.
What I think
I like this car as it is extremely comfy. There is a lot of room in it. And it has 4 x 4. I bought this car as I have a horse and I go to lots of horse shows. This car is useful as I can put all the tack etc in the boot as there is plenty of room. And it is ideal for towing a horse box. The 4 x 4 makes it ideal for driving round the ...

Subaru Impreza GX Sport
Advantages: Lovely car to drive, great handling, very safe feel Disadvantages: NA
...although I dont have my subaru anymore wished I still did.
I bought a Subaru Impreza GX sport, 2l normally aspirated engine in September 2003. Although I only owned the car for about a year, I had to sell for financial reasons I thoroughly enjoyed the driving and after sales experience.
My garage were always helpful and fixed anything that went wrong (although in the time I had the car not very much went wrong!)
The car itself was a pleasure to ... ...I had driven in the past. The car felt like it hugged the ground which was reassuring as I had a 4yr old son and safety is important.
Overall I would not hesitate to buy a Subaru again and would definitely recommend the GX sport to anyone without hesitation. ...

Subaru Legacy 2.5i SE Tourer (estate) 2004 model
Advantages: Original, refined, handling and ride, reliability, dealers Disadvantages: Highish CO2 rating
...maybe knowing something about the Subaru Impreza, due to its World Rally Car fame, I am going to guess that there are some of you reading this that are unaware that Subaru manufacture a larger car too, the Legacy.
For those of you in that particular boat, and unless your Great Uncle Bill left you something in his will (no I didn't get the Rolls, just in case you were wondering) - and we won't go there right now - I will have to explain to you what ... ...in Germany and importantly for Subaru now, Saab in Sweden.
Of all the worlds car manufacturers I have always regarded Subaru a little 'odd ball' or eccentric. Their, until recently two car, range were purchased exclusively by rallying enthusiasts in 'the-know', but outside of that circle and the farming community, were largely ignored by the Great British motoring public.
However there are certain areas of the country where Subaru's are very popular ...

You'll not find a more reliable car
Advantages: totally reliable, looks good, and lots of power Disadvantages: slightly dull inside, seats are a bit hard
there is just no way that you will find a more reliable car at an affordable price than a subaru. Not only do these cars look fantastic, performance wise, they are hard to beat in their class. If you are thinking of buying a new car and will plan to sell it in about 7 or 8 years, then an estate is the best choice. Estates sell much quicker and at a greater price than saloons. the 2litre version is a good choice if you wish to mix power with economy. ... ...you will save alot of money in the long run because they are so reliable. we have just bought our third legacy now and the first two both lasted 8 years. we only had to replace the exhaust on the last one in its eighth year which is alot better than most cars, considering it had done 130'000 miles. the four wheel drive is also a great asset to us in wet and icy conditions. with the new models the car selects the 4wd itself so you dont have to do ...

Stand out from the crowd by not following them!
Advantages: Great alternative to boring rep chioces. Driving experience Disadvantages: Depreciation and ease of resale. Servicing cost, fuel economy
I purchased my Subaru Legacy in 2002 after briefly comparing it with a Mitsubishi Galant.
With Subaru's legendary all wheel drive system, you should find that the road holding of this Scooby is better that your standard 2 wheel drive cars. However, I must say that at times I don't get as much grip as I would expect.
My model has the automatic gearbox which will use a little more fuel than the standard manual version.
Speed will also be slightly ...
