I have been taking sudafed for about the last 3 years as it always helps when I have blocked sinuses.
They have now brought out the dual relief version which is simply amazing and I couldn't live without, I am just getting over a cold now but before I took these I thought I would never get rid of it, without getting too disgusting it unblocks your sinuses from where you have blown your nose to hard and blocked them up, it does then mean that you will have a runny nose but believe me that's a blessing after having a headache from the blocked sinuses.
These tablets are non drowsy so you don't need to wait until you are at home and ready to go to bed to take them, you can take them at work, when your driving, or even exercising if you feel strong enough.
Adults can take 2 tablets every 4-6 hours which is a step up from the old sudafed which you could only take 1 of. I'm not saying that you get more from them as the old tablets might have been stronger but I have noticed a big difference.
Children have to stick to the old rules and take only 1 tablet every 4-6 hours.
You can't use this if you are pregnant or have severe liver or kidney disease.
Each capsule contains - Paracetamol 300mg Caffeine 25mg Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5mg (I'm just going to pretend I know what that is)
Enough of the boring stuff, I would really recommend this to anyone........GOODBYE COLDS AND FLU
