Now like most other endowment policy companies they are advising people that their repayments may not reach the required figure but I guess this is not unusual in this market at the moment.

I couldn’t understand Sun Life’s unwillingness to oblige.

If you want reps to call and are unlikely to want to make any changes to your policy they aren’t too bad.
Everyone must have heard of sunlife, they are the ones that drop through your letter box every week or so or you open your newspaper and there they are, always touting for trade somewhere.
I however signed up as the offer was free £15 marks and spencers vouchers and then half your money back after a year,so was tempted.
It cost me £8 a month and this is set for the forst 2 years and you then pay over 15 years.Of course as with any of these schemems ...
