Advantages: NEBS compliant, 1U Ultra SCSI disk cage. Disadvantages: EOL was 2002
...Here we have a handy little 1U disk cage, which will take up to three Ultra SCSI drives. Oh, and it's NEBS compliant, so you can put in datacenters and telephone exchanges.
SCSI ports -
Two single-ended ports, 68-pin SCSI connector - Can be daisy chained via port (2 max in a chain)
Power -
The disk cage can be powered by AC or DC power. (I used the AC model) which has an auto sensing power supply - takes 100 to 240 VAC. There is also a DC model, to go with the Netra range... The DC model will take -48 to -60 VDC.
Drives -
The drives are inserted at the front of the 19" rack mounted unit, SCA disks, on Sun SPUD type brackets. The SCSI bays are either ID 2,3&4 or 10,11&12 which is flexible enough if you have to chain two together.
Uses -
People will find these most useful as a chassis to put boot disks...

Advantages: Excellent sat-nav package at low price, well-spec'd handheld computer Disadvantages: Advertising unclear: hidden costs of full European package
...features that actually require additional licences to be purchased, this fact ought to be made clear. Having said this, my Acer n35 still works out cheaper than other GPS packages.
The 256Mb SD card provided is sufficient to hold the UK and Eire maps, but you won't get another full map in there. The Destinator software does include a facility to 'cut' maps so that you can choose relevant sections of the available maps to get around memory limitations, myself I chose to buy a 1Gb card which holds Britain, Eire, France, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg in a little over half of its total capacity - leaving plenty of SD storage for other items. You can pay upwards of £100 for a 1Gb SD card on the high street, but mine cost just £45 including postage from an independant seller on eBay - it never hurts to shop around!
For use in your car, the n35...

Advantages: functions, colour scheme, durability Disadvantages: quite large
...found in many computer rooms it is easily handled.
This is a good bit of kit that would be best bought for a sun system as these are usually like this one not compatible with run of the mill computer systems.
It is predominantly a server keyboard mainly for specialist use, although I may say that IT bods usually dont care for the keyboard just the systems they work on and the spead this would enpower and quicken any working on a computer system.
It is mainly the unix side that I would advise this keyboard to be used mainly on a unix platform as the function keys are based and desighned for the unix language mainly but it is easily useable within the internet environment .
For people who will use this they probably wouldnt care much for the detail I have stated but it is a remarkable price of $39.99 on its own and free in a system package...
