Tweezerman Super Curl Eyelash Curler

Before I give you my views and results on this curler, this is what TWEEZERMAN has to say on their Super Curl Eyelash Curler...

FEATURES:
Design allows for no side pinch operation. Extra large curling surface. Silicone pad prevents lashes from sticking. Comfortable finger grips. Includes three refill pads.

HOW TO USE:
Open Curler, bring close and insert lashes through opening and center them. Rest upper bar of Curler on eyelid to prevent pinching. Squeeze Curler together gently but firmly. Hold a few seconds. Repeat if necessary.
CARE:
Clean after use.
CAUTION:
Never apply mascara before curling. This can cause eyelashes to stick to pad or, worse, make lashes brittle and prone to breaking.
NOTE:
With daily use, we recommend replacing Curler after 6-9 months and Curler Pad after three months. Use Super Curl Eyelash Curler Refill Pads only to replace pad.

MY REVIEW:

I was really excited when this eyelash curler as I had read many good reviews about these online.
They were really easy to use and managed to grab all the lashes and curl them. I used the blowdryer on them too, you only need to hold your hairdryer up to the padded area for about 6 seconds as the plastic can get hot if you heat for too long. WOW! What a difference, my lashes really were super curled and when I added my mascara my eyes look really wide awake and pretty. The curl would last all day and I was so impressed...unti....

...Unti about 3 weeks later I went to use them and as I pressed down to shut them one of the handles just snapped! I was so gutted! I cannot understand why, I was not heavy handed with them. So, I am now back to using metal eyelash curlers which are no way as good as Tweezerman super curl curler.

I wasn't going to buy another pair for I was so dissapointed that they only lasted 3 weeks, but they are the only ones that I have come across that work so well. So, I am going to give them another chance and spend another £8 and hope for the best
