Full review
Read alot of reviews for this game and still wasnt sure if i should get it.
I didnt like Mario64, Mario in 3D isnt realy my thing i preferred the side scrollers such as Super Mario Bros. So after alot of thinking about it i decided to buy it i got it at my local Game store for £29.99 which isnt too bad as most chops such as argos charge £34.99. I wasnt expecting it to be awsome or something that id like since it looked smiliar to Mario64.

And how wrong was i!!!

The first thing that blew me away where the graphics(ok there not PS3 or 360 graphics but still they're awsome) it was the first game on the Wii i played which the graphics blew me away and it shows what the Wii can realy do. Everything in the game looks amazing such as the water , with advanced shader effects and particle effects looks every realistic not to mention the other stuff.

The game lets you create upto 8 save files(so basicly 8 people can play the game with their own saves)
The story is the same as and as it is with everyother Mario game Peach gets Kidnapped by Browser and Mario has to rescue her(nothing new here).Although you do get invloved in the beggining(before the actual storyline has started) but i wont ruin it for you.

So as i started playing it, i relised how big the game was there are lots of galaxys to explore.
On my first go i played the game for 3 hours straight and didnt want to put it down(i did have 10 mintue breaks each hour) you just want to keep unlocking more and more galaxys as you dont know where you might be going next.So its deffiently a very addictive game.
Now the game can be completed by collectiong only 60 stars
but in total there are 120 to collect which can make the game last for a while. There are alot of extraas in the game such as new suits for Mario such as the bee suit which enables Mario to fly(its alot off fun)
The difficulty in the game varys and you may find it a tad easy to begin with but it does get harder as you progess through the story.

Now the controls reading most the reviews here, some have said the controls are gimmiky well i can confirm this is not true.
The game doesnt require you to make large movements and the game can be played sitting down the motion sensing isnt over used so thats a good thing. The Spin attack requires you to shake the Wiimote or nunchuck to do a spin attack on enemys or objects
and also to activate the star jump.I find the controls fine and perfect for the Wii.

Now the sound in the game, its very good and fits in well it includes some original tracks from past Mario games and new ones.

This game suprised me and it is now my favourite Mario game.
If you hated Mario64 like me then you will enjoy this one!!
So if you ahve a Wii then go buy this game if you already havnt!!!!!!
