Advantages Cheap, lovely smell and great for covering bad hair dye!
Disadvantages None
I had purchased a bottle of Superdrug Colour Effects in Rich Warm Brown. I hadn't used it until last weekend when I had a very unfortunate dye disaster (please take into consideration I refrained from using the bad pun 'Dye-lemma'!!) with Clairol Perfect 10 - which I will write a review on once it is put on here. Anyway, after dying my hair my roots were left a very horrible shade, which I don't think was even a proper colour and there is no way to describe it.
I found the bottle of Colour Effects a couple of days later, applied it to my hair and I must admit it was a saviour! It made my roots a more natural shade of reddy-brown and made it blend with the rest of my hair. I was pleasantly surprised by the result, especially for the price (only 99p for 3 applications!) I found the smell of the product very nice aswell and it made my hair smell lovely for days after, even after straightening it.I definately recommend this to anyone who has recently had a really bad hair dye job, or to anyone who wants to add subtle colour to their hair.
