Advantages Cheap, lovely smell and great for covering bad hair dye!
I had purchased a bottle of Superdrug Colour Effects in Rich Warm Brown. I hadn't used it until last weekend when I had a very unfortunate dye disaster (please take into consideration I refrained from using the bad pun 'Dye-lemma'!!) with Clairol Perfect 10 - which I will write a review on once it is put on here. Anyway, after dying my hair my roots were left a very horrible shade, which I don't think was even a proper colour and there is no way to describe it.I found the bottle of Colour Effects a couple of days later, applied it to my hair and I must admit it was a saviour! It made my roots a more natural shade of reddy-brown and made it blend with the rest of my hair. I was pleasantly surprised by the result, especially for the price (only 99p for 3 applications!) I found the smell of the product very nice aswell and it made my hair smell lovely for days after, even after straightening it.
I definately recommend this to anyone who has recently had a really bad hair dye job, or to anyone who wants to add subtle colour to their hair.
