I first heard of this product in a magazine article, probably about a year ago. According to the author, everyone in the magazines offices had become addicted to the stuff. She described it as a miracle cure for dull, tired skin, and praised it so highly that i just had to see for myself what all the fuss was about, so i went out and bought some. And i have to say, i can see why she praised it so highly!
The balm comes in a dinky little 50ml tube, which makes it the perfect size for travelling. The tube is silver, with a translucent plastic lid, and is easily identifiable as it has the Natural High logo clearly on he front. The writing on the front of the tube is in a different colour for each different point that is being made, but the writing is quite small, and so might be quite difficult for some people to read.
The small hole in the nozzle makes sure that you don't dispense too much, and allows you to easily direct the balm where you want it to go. This, in turn, makes the balm really easy to apply with the fingers.
The balm has a strange sort of herby smell to it, probably due to the Linden Blossom, but although it is quite strange, it is still pleasant and not at all overpowering.
The balm itself is the perfect consistency, making it easily absorbed into the skin. It is also a very light formula, and so doesn't feel greasy, clog pores or create a layer on your skin. I usually have to be really careful about which products i use as i have sensitive skin, but this didn't irritate my skin at all.
The Linden Blossom and Vitamin E halp to restore and protect the skin, whilst Witch Hazel and Milk Protein help to provide a lifting and brightening effect. I found that this product was particularly effective at brightening the skin, and it would make the perfect solution for any time that you can't properly cleanse your face, like when you're on a long flight for example.
The balm also mousturises for up to 12 hours, giving your skin a really soft and smooth appearance, and a more uniform tone, and so acts as a great base for make up.
For a more intensive treatment, the balm can be spread more thickly onto the skin and left for 15 minutes. This intensifies the already amazing results, and makes the perfect detox treatment for your skin.
I really can't praise this highly enough! I would recommend that everyone tries this product, whether to use daily, or just to keep for when your skin really needs it. And at just £3.99 a tube, why not!?!
Advantages: Excellent Value, Refreshing and Smooths and Softens Disadvantages: NONE!
...facials, this product is from SUPERDRUG and costs the miserly amount of £3.99 for 50 ml.
The simple silver packaging doesn't let on what miracle fluid lies inside. What product is it, I hear you all cry?
Superdrug's Natural High Instant Radiance Balm.
Remember the name, absorb the name, write the name down and then go to Superdrug and buy it.
THE PRODUCT
The product itself contains linden blossom (I don't know what Linden Blossom is but it helps ... ...to restore”), witch hazel and Vitamin E. Witch hazel has astringent properties and according to the packaging “helps to tone”. While, the Vitamin E “protects”.
The liquid itself is light and non greasy. Upon application to your face it is easily absorbed and doesn’t give that greasy, shiny look some moisturisers tend to leave. After application my skin feels soft and refreshed but more importantly looks healthy ...

Advantages: It has a great consistency that should suit anyone and takes years off your face. Disadvantages: some people hate the smell - but I love it!
...than never! When superdrug brought out their Natural High, Instant Radiance Balm, it was hailed as the poor girls' 'Clarins Beauty Flash Balm' (which is a celebrity favourite). At less than a quarter of the price, it was certainly worth a try. The pink and silver tube is shamelessly girly, but what the heck - I like it. The smell has been described as unusual as it contains some strange ingredients, including witch hazel. Personally I thought it ... ...one I certainly took to. It's probably best to give it a sniff before you buy it just in case you take an aversion to the scent as it is quite strong. Oh yes, and I nearly forgot - It works too! Yes, for your £3.95, you get a rather nice moisuriser, crossed between and gel and a cream. It goes on easily; feels really fresh and sinks in quickly. You can top it up if you think you'll be needing a bit extra, leave it as it is - or stick on lashings ...

Advantages: makes your skin glow, great make-up base Disadvantages: none that I can think of
...on Sunday, we popped into Superdrug to pick some up. Shock Horror! It was out of stock, this was the second time in little over a week my mum had tried to get some. The sales assistant had told her that it was very popular and sold out really quickly all the time. Well, this made me even more determined to get my hands on some. Luckily, we have two branches of Superdrug here, so on Monday I called in by the other branch in the hope of getting it ... ...grabbed two tubes (one for me and one for mum) and paid for it.
The Packaging
It comes in a 50ml silver tube. At the top there is an image of a green tree and below this it says “Natural High”. Then in pink writing going sideways up the tube it says “Linden Blossom to restore, Witch Hazel to tone”. Then it says “INSTANT RADIANCE BALM”, in blue writing, followed by “with optimum levels of active natural extracts” in green writing.
On the back it ...

Advantages: Very effective - brightens complexion Disadvantages: Effects are temporary so don't make up permanently for getting no sleep
...good. I was already a Superdrug fan – their recent product ranges have all been cheap and designed to make you cheerful, but this is fantastic. I’ve tried the Clarins Beauty Flash Balm, which is very good, but I’d stick to the Superdrug as I really can’t tell the difference! ...

Advantages: Effective in visibly brightening the appearance of the skin Disadvantages: The silver lid paint come off on your hands.
It was an absolute nightmare trying to get hold of this product when it first came out, as there were never any tubes left in the shops. It is a good and effective product, which works as a moisturising booster for your skin. It is particularly good around the eye/ puffy cheeks area. It has a pleasant, if rather unusual smell, and contains witchhazel and linden blossom. It goes on to the surface of the skin very smoothly and is absorbed quickly. ... ...other equally effective products in the range. It is an attractive small pink tube, with a silver lid (which in initially packaging, the silver would come off on your hands). It is supposed to act as a flash beauty treatment, in other words - working to solve dull skin quickly (ie. "in a flash"). It brings a brightness to the skin, and leaves it feeling supple and somehow "brighter". ...

product, its well worth the money and it lasts ages!

I just wanted to add to this that many people have remarked that Superdrug have brought out a similar product 'InstantRadianceBalm' I just wanted to state that I would save the £4+ and put it towards the real thing! Although I found that the radiancebalm did soften my skin for a temporary period, it in no way moisturised or conditioned it. After continued use my face became dehydrated and sensitive which resulted in me having to purchase another 'real' moisturiser to correct it. I will write a full report shortly. ...
