Advantages: not expensive Disadvantages: holding on your wee until you get the wrapper off
I've tried loads of different pregnacy tests, and always found that the ones with the blue lines where always unclear. I could never determine if the blue colour strip had spread or it was showing a very faint second line. Too which I always found myself scouring the instruction leaflet for any help.
When it came time to do another test, sick of spending a small fortune, I poped into my local superdrugs and looked for the cheapest ... ...just £4:99 (ideal)
The test was easy to use, using the same principle as the clear blue , it was a capped wand , with 2 little windows make from strong white plastic. The instructions where very understandable, and it had quick read pictures on the back of the box for those in too much of a rush to go through the leaflets inside.
The hardest thing was getting the wand out of the packaging, while holding on to my wee.

When it came time to do another test, sick of spending a small fortune, I poped into my local superdrugs and looked for the cheapest one they had, and it was their own brand at just £4:99 (ideal)

But the best thing about it was no blue lines, as it uses unmistakable, wonderful, hot pink dots. After a short wait my results came through bright and clear. So this time for me there was no confusion, I was going to be a mum. DEFINATLY!! Then 9 months later, and 28 hours of labour, my beautiful little princess arrived.
Advantages: Cheap Disadvantages: Unclear result for me
...dots!
I chose the Superdrug test as it was the cheapest i could find - hurrahh a pregnancy test for under a fiver - bargain! And it was a proper solid plastic cased test, not the thin wispy piece of paper type that just looks as though it can't possibly be accurate. It was easy to use, similar to all the others, simply hold in your urine stream for about 5 seconds or alternatively pee in a pot first if you have unsteady hands like me! then wait ... ...Superdrug test is pink dots, one for negative, two for positive. What could be easier? My test was unclear though, both of the windows went bright pink and i found it hard to distinguish whether or not the result window was clear of had a pink dot in it which really hacked me off and i ended up (very embarrasing) taking it back to the store for a replacement, which i got - i was advised that i had probably, ahem, got too much wee on the stick... ...

Advantages: cheap, simple Disadvantages: none i could find
I chose to take this test, after spending £20 on buying 2 single clear blue tests, which i couldn't make out whether they were positive or not! This test was definitly more simple, you just pee on the stick at the start of the stream, where with some, you have to do it mid-stream! The results take slightly longer to come through, about 5 minutes, but for the price, it is much better than clear blue, and the results are much easier to read! instead ...

Reviews which might be of interest for "Superdrug Pregnancy Test"
Advantages: Can be used 4 days before period is due, easy to read. Disadvantages: Can be hard to open outside wrap.
I?d been feeling a bit queasy for a couple of days and had a pretty good idea why even though my monthly visitor was due for a, well a couple more days. I was also feeling a bit impatient as I?d only had a miscarriage three months ago, I wanted to know whether I was pregnant or not as soon as possible. So I decided to take a walk into town and purchase a test that would be able to give me a result before the day my period was due to start.
I found the Superdrug Early PregnancyTest in, of all places, Superdrug, at a pretty reasonable price. The were actually on offer and two twin packs cost me £7.99, so that works out at just under £2 a test, which is comparable to the very cheapest tests available. As soon as I had bought them I rushed home and got ready to test my pee, told you I was impatient didn?t I? The actual box containing ...
Advantages: accurate results Disadvantages: stressful
The first time i purchased this pregnancytest was from Superdrugs on a day where i needed to know the truth. i was soo stressed out and i walked in to Superdrug and wen to find a kit. I had no idea what i was looking for or how much they would be.
The predictor caught my eye because it was on a special offer for £3.99 and it said that the results would be accurate and very fast.
as i opened it all up the instructions were very clear as there was a step by step. Which helped me alot because i had no idea what i was doing.
It showed three windows and a bit where i had to urinate. So i followed the instructions, after i had done that i had to leave lie it down for four minutes. in the windows were two red dots one of which will stay and the other one would indicate whether or not i was pregnant.
As the time was ticking one ...
