Coombes is the singer/guitarist in the vibrant British pop-rock outfit Supergrass. This quote says much about the band’s dismissal of the importance of courting a favourable press.     Advantages Advantages great set, a new song

    Venue-Norwich UEA Date-07/06/01 It's been three years since Supergrass last played in Norwich and now as part of a few warm-up gigs they rolled into Norwich once more. They've had one new album since their last visit so fans were hoping to here some of the tracks off it-they weren't disappointed. The support band's name was something I didn't catch through the bass heavy muffle of the microphone. Although their name did end in orchestra.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Not everyone's taste

    There aren’t many bands that can make you feel like dancing around the house … however, Supergrass does it for me. They are extremely funny and silly. The reason I bought the album was because I saw their video for “Late In The Day” and “Richard III”. I liked the music and found the video really cool. Their videos are funny and interesting. “Richard III” is an absolutely awesome song, it rocks and has a great chorus. “Late in the day” is a bouncy song which includes one of my favourite guitar solos! The songs on the CD are very diverse and I really recommend it to those who enjoy bands like ... more
