A Hole Lot Of Minty Freshness Advantages: Good price multipack, cool & refreshing, great taste, other varieties available Disadvantages: None ...cheaper attempts at replicating the polo that just don't make the grade. I've tried the American version of Polos, which are larger in size, but taste nothing like these. Luckily these are readily available in the UK, so you should have no problem picking a pack up in your local supermarket or newsagent. These were given the name Polo after Polar, to give name to the refreshing, cool taste you get from eating them. Each packet contains approx 25 ... ...hole in the middle. They measure 1.9cm in diameter, 0.4cm deep and with a 0.8cm wide hole that's been punched out. On the top of each mint, 'Polo' is embossed twice, perhaps incase you forget what it is your eating! Each tube is wrapped in a green paper wrapper with foil underneath for freshness. Single tubes cost around 23p (Tesco) but are usually more expensive in smaller newsagents/sweet shops. Trebor recently changed the design of their packets of Extra Strong Mints and they can now be easily spotted by the green, red and white packaging with EXTRA STRONG in great big letters. MMMM...... I'm **ing bad I do XXX, so screw Polo's Advantages: Strong bad boys of the mint world, clears the sinuses Disadvantages:** Too hot too handle for some I had recently become Holey due to an experience with Polo's, a vivid epiphany of downright biblical proportions that can only be described as the mint of God.
