Poor service but ultimately received a great car. Linked to Carcraft (who are the reason for the poor service) whereby they use their space and locations. Agreed a car, they sold it. Had to argue for over a week to get another that was the same model and at the original price. Spoke to all sorts of people at switch and carcraft - some were on holiday and messages never passed on, others didnt have authority, others simply tried to sell me other cars I didnt want. They failed on 5 occasions to transportnew car to my local branch. I organised transport by visiting the source site. Even when it arrived the staff had no idea what was happening. I had to find it and push the sale. Switch car people - very helpful and polite but their systems and the fact they have no control over their agents let them down, Carcraft people -incompetent and generally unhelpful. If you want a cheaper car, that is in fairness of a good quality, and have the time to mess around then great, if you want a quick purchase at slightly higher price there are others that are far more proactive and rate far higher on the helpful scale.

Please ignore the comment below about updating your 'Circle of Trust' as he is seriously suggesting this becomes like a group of people that will always read your reviews.. -This is a totally untrue and against ciao rules to use your COT as a click circle and you could lose your membership by doing so. Also it's a good tip to look at other peoples reviews to see how you can improve upon your own, and the more ratings/comments you give out the more you will receive back.
