“With this product you can back up your files and restore them with easily It tells you if your running low of disk space and is generally quite simple to work Built on Norton Ghost technology, Norton Save & Restore protects photos and important files; schedules automatic backups; restores from system failures; automatically monitors and optimizes backup disk space; encrypts backups to help keep them secure. so if you want to make sure your important documents are safe and secure this is a good product to purchase" How ever i had a difficult time trying to install the software it kept alerting me saying "insert disk into drive" but the right disk was inserted , i eventualy contacted customer services who were not very helpful but agreed to send me out a replacement. which worked fine.Overall i say this product is good value for money once installed its is simple to use but could come with better instructions on how to troubleshoot any problems with the installation because the customer care is useless .
