...The TDK Cyclone 24x10x40 is a genuine professional in things burns. It is a pure Noname blank, which is also so cheap therefore. For only scarcely 1,5? it is to be had in each well sorted specialized trade. The blank is packed in a sturdy covering, which is much flat. There is this blank to buy however also now and then times with sickeren coverings. I find the thinner better, since one saves so half at place. The thicker ones are good for inscriptions at the edge. If one copies thus CD or burns a project and on the fast in an unsorted CD shelf wants to find it, one should seize to the thicker. I added myself so far 4 blanks of this mark. Since these are like crude cryable, custom one not so much many. There were not so far ever problems with burns. No losses, no errors with reading and/or writing or the like. One hardly sees... Read review

...No doubt that this is one of the best CDRW drives available on the market. But is it really worth it??? My answer is no, costing about £190 inc VAT, i don't think it's an ideal upgrade for anyone. Of course if you have the money then go for it. But still i'd be calling you a fool for doing it. If your looking to buy this drive, then i suggest you look at the TDK Cyclone before you make your decision. The TDK Cyclone 12x10x32 has the same specs as this Plextor 12x10x32 and burn-proof technology, with the Plextor only just beating it on performance, and i mean only just. If you compared the two drives yourself, would you really notice the difference between these two drives performance wise. I wouldn't. The best thing is that you can get this drive for about £175 inc VAT, which is cheaper than the Plextor, it's a BARGAIN!!! I wouldn't pay... Read review

...If you are looking for an inexpensive barcode scanner with the ability to keep track of just about anyhting with a barcode, then this is the product for you. This item works great in a small buisness environment when value needs to be high for all cash investments. Symbol provides excellent software packages that can be used to create custom software packages that can interact with just about any Microsoft product and database. it is a bit challenging if you have no idea how to program. Skills in VB would be very helpful but the Symbol website has a huge section for developers. The unit is easy to use and very light to carry. The only negative aspect is that is has a small memory. You need to sync the device after scanning 250 items.... Read review
