...I really like it. This is the monitor I've been using for almost a year now and I really have no regrets in buying Dell SP2208WFP. Its performance is really great and the price is low, very affordable at $299. This 22-inch wide-screen LCD really excelled for me as far as my observation is concern, also delivering outstanding results with DVDs and games. It supplies a useful feature set, serving up standard VGA and DVI video connections as well as HDMI. Aside from that, a Webcam above the display for easy video conferencing and two USB ports conveniently located along the side and another two tucked underneath. Dell SP2208WFP is really a timely product for those planning to buy new monitor--only it has a glossy screen coating. But aside from that I have no other negative comments. It really performs highly. ...I got my hp l2208w to replace my old big monitor. it was a great price and realy realy easy to set up . The picture is so clear and is realy good to play your dvds on or watch tv on aslong a your computer has the right software i.e. dvd player. films look great on full screen mode because of the wide screen. this was a great buy and i would recomend it to any one looking to upgrade from there old monitor. i think that the hp i2208w looks stylish and moden and takes up less space than that old monitor i had. easy set up and easy to use picture looks great to, best see for you self but i love my new toys bye now... Advantages: Cheap and a great difference in clarity compared to the onboard sound with a motherboard.
Disadvantages: Not for the professional musician

...Great value with the Sound Blaster Audig LS. It delivers high quality 24-bit 5.1 surround which immerses you in all the latest PC games. Compatible with both digital and analogue speaker systems, it offers Dolby Digital and EAX Advanced HD support for high-quality surround in movies and games. It supports recording and playback up to 24-bit. The Creative Media Source Software which is packaged with it is adequate but i personally prefer my windows media player. This is the ideal card for desktop PC users wanting a bit more than the sloppy sound you get from onboard. I personally dont think the sound can get much better than this especially when hooked up to some creative 5.1 surround sound speakers. The Inspire set i own give a great sound out for DVD's with the audigy so would highly recommend for the home user.... Read review
