In my opinion these are excellent hair straighteners. I have rather coarse, dry hair and these straighteners give me poker straight hair with a mirror like finish that lasts all day. I have always used GHD's in the past and didn't think anything could beat them but after having 2 pairs that broke in less than 3 years I decided it was time for a change. They're not the cheapest straighteners out there but I would definitely recommend them. There is ... ...wide plate like some other manufacturers so they may not suit those with very long hair.

There is a choice of size but they don't do a really wide plate like some other manufacturers so they may not suit those with very long hair.
