very professional and sleek. I'd say the dryer is average weight and easy to hold and has a long 3m Salon length power cable. The handle of the dryer has a rubbery black matt finish and feels really comfortable to hold all through drying and gives a good grip, the temperature and airflow control switches are on the handle along with the coolshot button and the Ion slide switch and are easy to operate by sliding up or down with the thumb. The concentrator / styling nozzle is easily fitted by pushing on and removed by pulling off. The air inlet grille is easily removed and replaced for cleaning in the same way. This hairdryer has a powerful 2000w motor and a ceramic element that creates a gentler warmth than the conventional element, which then protects your hair from overdrying. Leaves your hair silky and shiny

I didn't like using hairdryers until I got this one, as I knew heat was damaging to hair and gave you split ends. This hairdryer is supposed to be used by some celebrities, and I can totally understand why. Infrared heat is much kinder to your hair, and tourmaline used in this hairdryer emits a lot of negative ions. I used to use special types of hair sprays to protect my hair from heat when drying my hair, but I don't need any now. My hair is left soft and silky, and because of the high wattage, it actually doesn't take that long to dry my hair (maximum of ten minutes for my long hair). This hairdryer, admittedly, is not cheap, but I think it is well worth the money. Having a hairdryer of this quality would probably save you money on other products/treatments related to your hair too. ...

Remington Professional Ionic 2000w hair dryer = must have!!!

Advantages: Long lead, ionic, 2 heat and speed settings.
Disadvantages: bit big! (but light to hold) attachments are similar size and shape!

Bought the Remington Professional Ionic 2000w hair dryer a few weeks ago after my hair dryer broke and i love it already!!! i have very fine hair and am sooo pleased that this hair dryer (because of the ionic) does not cause my hair to frizz up or go static, which other hair dryers have done in the past! It comes with two attatchements (as you can see in the picture) but they are very similar shapes and sizes so i always use the same one! the lead is very long - long enough for salon use, and for when the plug is on other wall to the mirror!!! there are two heat and two speed settings (although there is a warning on the attachments about using the full heat and full speed together - don't know why!). the buttons are on the inside of the handle, which is handy. and the buttons are easy to press! there is also a COOL button, which i ...
