I finally caught up with technology and got my first DVD Re-writer over four months ago now and was faced with a dilemma over what Blank Media Discs I should use!
So many on the market to choose, ranging from your Lidl discs to your Sony discs and quite frankly I found it a bit of a nightmare.
However after spending a good few hours looking online at available discs and finding out other peoples opinions I finally settled ... ...were going to be so I bought a few indiviual ones first to test them out.
On arrival I prepared I used a well known media program to back up copies of family photos, as well as selecting some family videos and media to give it a wide range of tests.
After waiting patiently for it to complete the 'burn' I removed the disc and then promptly took it to the DVD player to test the videos & photos. All worked no problem. more

Next I tried it on two alternative computers to ensure it could be read on other PCS. Bingo it worked.
