Since buying Yorkshare, TD Waterhouse have kept up the good efficient service. They have put up the price of phone deals, however I, along with acquaintances prefer to deal with a voice rather than the uncertainty of dealing with a computer.
Yes, it's pricey, but if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. For the sake of a few quid, I'd rather get through in a minute, rather than 20 minutes. They'll buy / sell from a t-2 to a t-20 (in my experiences, could be longer)They're v.professional and offer a wide range of services and also overseas dealing.
