There is a whole range in this straightening product set, including shampoo, conditioner, serum and Mousse/spray. The last one is the only one I used, so cant comment about the rest Comes in a green can, just so you know which one I mean!
I realised my fried hair needed a break from the daily straightening routine I put it through, so I decided to try this out as I'd recieved it as a gift.
I washed and towel dried my hair as usual. Then I was unsure how to apply this stuff - it is sort of a cross between a spray and a mousse, I found the way that worked for me was to spray across my hand then smooth it over my long fringe (as that was the only area i was straightening) I then blow dried it while running a brush through it too keep it on track, et voila! Straight hair, that smells lovely! (can't work out what the scent is, but I like it!)
Your hair isn't as poker straight as if you had used irons, but it is pretty close,and with much less heat damage. The biggest danger with this product is that using too much can leave your hair kinda stcky feeling...
In summary - I quite liked this product for a break from straightening, but I don't think I would buy it regularly.
