I purchased this product a few years ago, and it's performance has not changed much since. I believe that this product works quite well. With the exception of the occasional complication this product does its job. The occasional complication mainly includes it stop providing internet access but still providing connection. Giving your computer full internet bars but also gives you internet browser the "page cannot be found error". However, this problem is easily fixed with a simple reboot or a quick readjusting of the connection wires, followed by a press of the QSS button. I think that the internet that this product provides is quite adequate for a full household. There are 5 people in my household using the internet at the same time. Using the internet includes downloading and streaming and researching, we have never had problems with bandwidth or slow connections. Overall, I think that although it is a bit pricey, this product is quite suitable for use in a big household due to its range and speed.
