Advantages: Supercar performance for sports car money!
Disadvantages: Not the most reliable.

...First impressions of this car are WOW!!! With its stunning sweeping bonnet and more air vents than you can shake a stick at. Its looks like a fast car and there is no doubting that it is. It has a great sounding enguine and even better performance. The only problem is its reliability and its safety features. It doesn't come with ABS or traction control and the only real safty measure being a roll cage and in a car this fast and twitcy on wet roads it is a real worry. That aside it is a really great car and reasonably practical compaired with other competitors. So in conclusion this really is a amzing car if you dont mind the odd trip to the mechanic and the lack of safety features. You might be thinking this is the only option for your money if you want to go this fast . . . . but you would be wrong. TVR have just released a new car... Read review

...Well what can I say, the title only just hints at the beauty of this car. Now first of all I should say I am writing about the TVR Tuscan S rather than the standard Tuscan, the main differences being performance and the rear of the car has a fin on it. ...After reading the reviews on the Tuscan my initial thoughts have been confirmed. Statos dont buy Tuscans, passionate people buy them!!! Just over a year ago I bought a Tuscan red rose (uprated suspension bigger wheels more power and air con - trust me it gets hot in there!) and I havent had a bad word to say about it ever! For those that want the stats -: 0-60 around 4ish secs 0-100 in around 9 secs and top end of around 180mph. However I wouldnt recommend it, 160 mph was enough for me! Not bad for £25k!!! (obviously a second hand purchase). I have to say I would never buy a TVR new, due to them being hand built there is a chance that an 'off the shelf' one could have a few issues.
