Below is my original message it was attached to the e-mail
I have talked to ?/????today and she said she would cancel my order I am sorry about this but all this uncertainty is getting to me. Could you please send me a conformation of the cancellation by e-mail ASAP? I am sorry you couldn't supply me with the goods. The order form seemed to have gone astray. I suffer with stress related Asthma and I can't let it go on any longer. I really require a machine (yesterday) and I just cannot afford to pay for two. I hope I have explained this OK
but by this time I was really upset and shaking and then got an e-mail back confirming the cancellation I thought that was the end of it.
22nd AUGUST a delivery van came with a glider I told the driver it had been cancelled and I had e-mail as proof (I had kept it by the front door just incase) he said this happened all the time with TV Warehouse.
I then phoned again and had to explain it all again AS I COULD NOTBE FOUND I got a phone call back to say it would be taken off my Visa and every day since then 22nd august (remember it was ordered on 2nd July) I have been checking my bank account
We were out today and I have the flu and a chest infection, so I wasn’t too good, but when I checked the messages on the phone there was a message from (Best Direct) they must be the suppliers. They said the glider has been returned to us and we would like to know if you want it re-delivered and we would like to check your address
By this time I thought I was going to be sick. The girl said we called you about this last week on the 5th I said THIS IS the 5th and I just received the message. She said OK she would refund less the postage.
I said “ oh! No! I am not paying postage as I cancelled it weeks ago and I have the proof I was told it would take about 14 days to come off my Visa
I am sick to the back teeth with them so it is now in the hands of The Judge In The Sunday Mail Newspaper and I have sent all the details to Watchdog at the BBC
Just to remind you . This IS NOT QVC again it is TV Warehouse
Please be careful where you buy from as it is really upsetting and as I said it is like banging your head against a brick wall
I checked my bank account this morning and I have got a FULL REFUND
I then got a letter in the post from (THE JUDGE ) at The Sunday Mail saying
" I have passed on details of your complaint , and I hope this will be of assistance to you If the people concerned should scontact you direct with their response, perhaps you would write and let me know "
Do you think I would have got is as quick if he hadn't got in touch with them ? .I don't think so. I have written and thanked him ...

Advantages: good soundtrack, funny Disadvantages: un-memorable (as to who is advertising).
It was only the otger day that I noticed what this ad was supposed to be advertising. The ad shows a girl after her birthday party, she has been given a box of chocolates and is sitting on the floor with them. She is trying to find the one she likes, she is sniffing the chocolates and tastes a couple, her face screws up and she spits them out....they were the wrong ones! Her Mum sees her doing this, she comes into the room, turns the lid over to reveal the list of chocolate shapes, the little girl's face lights up as she reaches for the fudge chocolate. She then lifts off the top tray and goes for the fudge one underneath!
The advert says 'we all like help in chosing' or something like that, but you remember what is in the advert more than what it is advertising, the Carphone Warehouse. It has a good soundtrack though! :o) ...
Advantages: Convenience Disadvantages: Wooden presenters, Terrible products, Poor production standards
Wow! this is absolute trash!
Every month a new shopping channel seems to bombarding us trying to shift its warehouse full of tat. We now have QVC, Shop!, Ideal World, Screenshop, Shop America, Bid-Up TV etc etc and just when you think you have seen the worst along comes another bunch of wooden presenters trying to sell you a everything from a simulated diamond necklace to a set of kitchen knives.
Shop! has got to be the worst. The presenters seem to know absolutely nothing about what they are trying to sell and insist on bringing on "Experts" who seem to know even less. The "Expert" that Shop! wheel on for the games hours where they try to sell you Playstations and Dreamcasts would not even get a job in the Games store where I used to work with the knowledge he has and yet they call him an "Expert" on a number of occasions I have ...

Advantages: Bag Some Bargains, Good Range Of Items, You don't Have To Leave Home Disadvantages: It's Adictive, High Postage Charges
What is it that makes these programmes so addictive? As if there aren?t enough places to shop already without having it blazoned across our TV screens. You have shopping centres, city centres, supermarkets, electrical outlets, warehouses, corner shops and of course online retailers to name a few. Shopping is big business and they all want our money and our custom.
--------- INTRODCUTION ---------
bid-up.tv is slightly different to conventional shopping in the fact that you pay ?what you want to pay? for the goods and not an actual asking price. It sounds interesting doesn?t it? So what?s the catch?
Well they only have a certain number of the specified items for auction per day and if you?re not one of the highest bidders, you don?t get one.
For those of you that weren?t fully awake during my last sentence, I?ll say this ...
