those of you who have already rated this oOP wont have to bother reading it again . I have been asked by ciao in a very nice e-mail to remove the names on the opinion.

I have replaced the names with ????? I hope it doesn't make the Opinion too hard to understand

You are not going to believe it. It has happened again (will I never learn) I know this should be in buyers beware but as I had this bother before with QVC and used up my buyers beware I just had to have it here

On the 2nd 0f JULY I ordered a Tony Little glider from TV WAREHOUSE It said on the order form it could take up to 28 days for delivery. Getting near to the time I e-mailed twice and got no reply! On the 26th I think it was I spoke to a ????????? on the phone and she said she would see about it but it was 28 WORKING days I got an e-mail the following day

I kept phoning Customer Service’s( lots of times I lost count) and I spoke to two ???? or ???? and ????????? and I was told It will be on it’s way soon then //We can’t find you on the system //This went on for ages and I spoke to ????????? at least six times
I was promised delivery and it didn’t arrive

Every time I phoned, and I couldn’t tell you how many times I did .At first they took a message and said they would phone back and didn’t then I said I would hold and usually then they would miraculously find somebody for me to talk to I was told they couldn’t find me in the system

I told the driver it had been cancelled and I had e-mail as proof (I had kept it by the front door just incase) he said this happened all the time with TV Warehouse.

I then phoned again and had to explain it all again AS I COULD NOTBE FOUND
I got a phone call back to say it would be taken off my Visa and every day since then 22nd august (remember it was ordered on 2nd July) I have been checking my bank account

We were out today and I have the flu and a chest infection, so I wasn’t too good, but when I checked the messages on the phone there was a message from (Best Direct) they must be the suppliers. They said the glider has been returned to us and we would like to know if you want it re-delivered and we would like to check your address

By this time I thought I was going to be sick. The girl said we called you about this last week on the 5th I said THIS IS the 5th and I just received the message. She said OK she would refund less the postage.

I said “ oh! No! I am not paying postage as I cancelled it weeks ago and I have the proof I was told it would take about 14 days to come off my Visa

I am sick to the back teeth with them so it is now in the hands of The Judge In The Sunday Mail Newspaper and I have sent all the details to Watchdog at the BBC

Just to remind you . This IS NOT QVC again it is TV Warehouse

Please be careful where you buy from as it is really upsetting and as I said it is like banging your head against a brick wall

I checked my bank account this morning and I have got a FULL REFUND

I then got a letter in the post from (THE JUDGE ) at The Sunday Mail saying

" I have passed on details of your complaint , and I hope this will be of assistance to you
If the people concerned should scontact you direct with their response, perhaps you would write and let me know "

Do you think I would have got is as quick if he hadn't got in touch with them ? .I don't think so. I have written and thanked him ...

I have used QVC many times without problems but thanks for the warning about this new mob,good op......kev xx

I am always so wary about buying stuff from an organisation like QVC or TVW you hear so many stories about them charging twice and not delivering etc. Glad you got your money back shame it had to take a letter from a newspaper to get it though eh?
