When I was looking around to get my first mobile phone, I had a look at all the available tariffs on the market with all the network service providers. I finally came across to the one that was best suited to me. This was the T-Mobile Free time 750 12 month.
I found this tariff to be the most suitable for me at the time of buying.

When I first bought this tariff I mainly used my phone to call my boyfriend, I used my free minutes and text messages to the maximum for the first two years. After which I got married and no longer really needed to use my phone that often.
I found that I rarely used my phone and my free minutes and text messages were going to waste, so I phoned up my service provider and decided that I wanted to go pay as you as it would be more economical for me.
So when I called the customer service team, I was informed that if I keep my contract for one year I would be entitled to a free upgrade on my phone and they would cut my line rental of half for the year as I was a loyal customer.
I decided to keep my phone for one more year and took the one-year loyalty discount and only paid £7.00 per month and I got myself a new phone so I was quite happy with this arrangement.
It came to the end of my one-year discount and my line rental went up back to normal, so I decided to call up the customer service department and try my luck again with them and try and get another discount, he he. This time I got nowhere so I decided it was time to end my contract.
In conclusion, I think this tariff is excellent for those to only tend to use their phones in the evening and the weekend calling landline and T-Mobile users. If I had to use my phone a regular bases then I would defiantly go back to this tariff
Advantages: Fantastic for those who have friends on T-mobile and who mostly call off-peak Disadvantages: Extremely expensive if you call during peak times and to other networks
...friends and family who used T-mobile which meant free evening and weekend calls to them too. However, when i moved away to study i found i was calling friends on mobiles a lot and using it more during daytime hours and the bills quickly added up. Generally the staff at T-mobile were helpful and friendly and i would recommend this network and tariff. I would suggest looking at internet deals for this though as they often offer much better deals on ... ...great for a parent buying for their child as T-mobile offered a 'Mix it' option where you have to pay the line rental which pays for all the free minutes and texts but anything used on top of this must be bought as with a pay as you go phone. ...
