    T Mobile are one of the top mobile network operators in this country and in my opinion they offer mostly a great service and seem fairly competitive in terms of pricing, allowance and what they offer within the network. Within the contract tariffs they offer a few different options for you to choose from, and within those options you have even more options. I don't think T Mobile could be accused of not giving you much choice! Flext is the name of the first tariff I will talk about, and is the one I have experience of personally.     In a world full of expanding technology and new innovations it becomes very difficult to keep up with what’s happening in the world. You buy one new gadget and just as you learn how to use it another one appears and yours becomes out of date. The same is to be said for mobile phones. Not long ago they were absolutely huge!     Over the years I've been with all the main networks, having started out on Cellnet (now O2), progressed to Vodafone, then Orange and now T-mobile. Bascially, whenever my existing provider annoys me with their ineptitude or another network offers me a better offer, I up sticks with my Portability Authorisation Code (PAC) and move across. Having been with T-Mobile for a year now, I don't expect to move from them anytime soon. Customer service is important to me. I don't want to have to ring these guys up every five minutes (in fact, I've only had cause to speak to a real person at T-Mobile ... more

    When the new T-mobile shop opened in the shopping centre next to my office I went down with a friend to investigate the “excellent 20% off deals” … I wasn’t expecting to find very much if I’m honest. My mobile at the time was nearly 3 years old and pay as you go with another company. I was only using about £10 - £15 of credit a month and a varied mix of texts and calls so I had never gone pay monthly as I had never found one that would work for me and not cost me any more money.
