Value call has very a simple price structure.
Basically calls are 8p a minute cross network or to a landline an time no peak or off peak rates here,so if yuo find that all the bundle of texts and call minutes, that you don't get near to using all of, don't work for you,and you prefer to pay for what you use then this tariff could be ideal.

All phones are free, with free connection, and itemised billing.
Depending on the phone taken, the lenght of contract varies from 9 months for a basic phone like a Nokia3310 too up to 48 months on a high end phone like a Sony Ericsson k750i.

There is a discount on line rental £14 a month, after the initial contract is up,dropping to £8 a month,a very healthy discount.
The £8 a month also applies to anyone using a compatible phone,of their own,and you can cancel after a months notice if you choose.

This tariff probaly works best for those who do not see a phone as a fashion accessory and use it because they actually have to make, the calls that they make.

If you are a heavy texter or tend to to make a lot of calls ,for fun then this tariff may not suit so well.

I am biased being a distributor but find it works well for me as I use my phone sensibly and am not concerned about having the latest all singing all dancing phone.

So to sum up if you want a phone that you will use like a phone, and don't care about taking pictures ,thinking that you use cameras for that then this is well worth considering.

Customer service is good either through your local distributor,or through the national office, where you are advised how long it will take to answer your call, withUtility Warehouse having fared well in an article in Which.
Don't forget to explore the other savings availble on your utilities, which is where Utility Warehouse really scores.
