Taggies Big Taggie

Taggies seem to be very popular toys now for very young babies and I think that they look lovely and are a lovely idea although maybe a little on the pricy side. They are comfort blankets with loops of ribbon round the outside. As well as comfort blankets you can get other items which incorporate this 'taggie' idea with loops of ribbon these include soft books, soft toys, rattles, pillows and even baby grows. I had heard about Taggie blankets from others but to be honest they didn't sound that appealing to me, i thought well what's the big deal it's just a little blanket! But my son received one for christmas and it's actually really lovely. The Taggie Blanket itself is all soft and fleecey on one side just as you would expect a blanket to be, then there is a colourful pattern on the opposite side - my son's has pictures of brightly coloured cars, and the blanket has little colourful tags all the way round.
