Talk Talk is the most disgraceful company that i have ever been with.
They have never sent me a bill or any welcome letter thou the post,
they are unbelievably rude over the phone,
they even said to me if i make a half payment till i get paid i can keep the services,then a few hours later they cut it off. I rang them back up and they said there's nothing they can do, even spoke to the manager to ask him to listen to there calls that they always say they record but he would not listen to it and said that i was lying about the half payment. They never listen to any complaints that you might have I don't no if everyone has had this problem but people I no who have had talk talk have. My one friend even had no service for a week and they said they would take money off the bill and in the end they did not told we had been lying again.

The Internet is so shit it is so slow another friend actually brought hes own router just to get a bit faster internet. So there routers are shit that they give you they are like little white plastic things with a few lights on them.

there phone line is OK except we were told we could ring 0845 numbers free which now they are saying there not free.

Some people do have excellent services with talk talk but with my experience i would not recummend.
