Advantages Cheaper, Unlimited 3G
Disadvantages Very poor or no coverage
Have recently got 24month contract with them only because it is cheaper for the phone I require and also offering truly unlimited internet service under 20 quid.
Service was pretty average to start with. I was convinced with that because I got a cheaper deal. 2 months after getting the contract have moved house and now the coverage was pretty rubbish. According to customer services agent, they "cannot guarantee coverage indoors and you need to walk out of the house to make a call"What? Did we go back to 80s? Everytime I need to make a call, I need to walk out of my house?
If I had to terminate the service I had to pay double the market price of the contract phone.Not to forget you had to wait atleast 20mins on 0870 number call every time you want to talk to customer service agent.
Ignore TalkMobile by all means. You might find it cheaper but soon will regret going with them.
