As I have said in a few of my other reviews, I have a few nieces and nephews. One of the toys that they have all seemed to get some enjoyment out off at different times is the Talking Po Teletubby toy.

Tellytubbies is a really popular children show on cebeebies, that stars Tinky WInky, Dispy, Lala and Po, I am sure that anyone who has young children has heard of it as most children love it.

Po is a red soft toy and is really cuddly, he/she has a little square on his belly where television is supposed to be watched and a little circle antenna sticking out of his head (I suppose this is to get a good signal for his telebox).

Po talks when you squeeze his belly and says different phrases such as “Big Hug!”, “Uh Oh!”, “Bye Bye!” and “Po!”. There aren’t a lot of phrases that he says, though for a baby/toddler toy he says enough.

Po is a lovely little toy for both little girls and boys and is easily wiped down and dried out if any liquid is spilt on her and within reason shouldn’t break or be damaged very easily.

The only negative thing about this toy is that it isn't really educational, it's more of a comfort toy, in the sense that it only says a few phrases, that’s about it, and is soft and cuddly, there are no numbers, letters or new words for her to learn through this toy, it is more of a nice cuddly buddy for her to chill out on the sofa with after a long day when she needs to take a nap or go to sleep.

This toy cost my sister £30 in a local toy store in my town which was a bit expensive for a doll, but my niece loves her so much I don’t mind spending the money, though it should also be available in Toymaster, Argos or online or any good toy stores.

This toy is suitable for ages 12 months and up.
This toy takes 3 AAA batteries that are included with it and are hidden in the speaker box inside him and protected by velcro and are easily replaced by opening his back, none of my nieces or nephews have caught on to open him yet.

Overall I am really pleased with my purchase, my nieces and nephews loves the talking Po and all have taken their turn to enjoy playing with him. This toy was a bit expensive as it doesn’t really do much, but at least the children have had some enjoyment out of him. I’d recommend this toy to any parents who have a little Teletubby fans at home.
