Everyone remembers those Tamagochi-craze with those cute virtual pets that you take with you everywhere. However, to make things clear, Tamagochi Connection: Corner Shop isn't a virtual pet game like the original. Instead, you pick one out of the three tamagochi characters to act as your partner and you simply select a shop to run to earn gotchi points in which you can use to buy clothes and furniture for your Tamagotchi. This means you don't need to feed, clean or care for your pet.
There are 11 shops in total, some which you have to unlock by upgrading your shop. Shops that you can run include: A Dentist, a bakery, a flower shop, a beauty shop, a spa, an accessories shop and much more. The game makes full use of the touch screen by having to drag, drop, swirl, draw and tap.
The great points of the game is that there is a wide variety of activities available, plus, aren't those characters amazingly cute? The sounds is also a great touch to the game. It's very entertaining at first but after having to repeat everything over and over for each shop, it does get a tad frustrating. Also there are only three characters to choose from - it would be a lot better if there were a few more.
Overall, the game isn't bad but the amusement wears out quite quickly but I'd probably recommend this game more for younger children because of the cute, fun and silly design of the game.
I think the NDS is a better handheld console than anyone ever could have hoped but this game isn't for me sadly, I'd rather wait for a gem like Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. Nice little review.

I liked what you wrote, especially the fact that you pointed out who it would be suitable for and what you thought of it but I think you'd need to add some more details about things such as price, where to buy it etc.
