Tammy has now joined with BHS after being an individual shop. It's a girls clothing range for the ages of 7-16 years. All of the clothing is of a good price.
The Shop If you can call it a shop anymore, it's more of an "area". In most BHS stores there is a small area spesifically for Tammy. The decor is really cool and it's always nice and tidy exsept for a few bit of clothing that have been put back wrongly by children. Most of the clothing is in order, all the dresses are together, all the bras are together and so on so it's pretty impressive.
Clothing - quality, range There is alot of clothing for all different styles, there are stripey t-shirts, cardigans, jackets, shoes, jeans, tracksuits, bras and knickers, vest tops, shorts, three quarter lenghts, coats, shrugs, dresses, skirts and others. They also sell nice accessories such as bracelets, earings, hairbands, clips, ties, bags, tights, socks and neclaces. All the clothes are of a good quality and all of the clothing I have bought from there have had no problems and have lasted for years.
Cost There are always alot of sales on and 3 for 2 stuff there.
There has recently been a whole new collection of prom dresses which I have fallen in love with, I recently bought one for £28 and I it's pretty cool. There are so many to choose from.
Staff As there isn't any Tammy staff you have to count on the BHS staff who always seem to be helpful and seem know what they're doing.
Avalability This is where the problem comes in. I was searching on the BHS Tammy website for a going out dress and I found a gorgeous one which I'd set my eyes on and I wanted that specific dress. I went to the store and searched up and down for it and I couldn't find it. On the website there is pages and pages of dresses to choose from but when I got to the store I was disapointed to see that there was only four dresses. I chose one and left wishing I'd ordered the other one online. If you are disapointed with the range of clothing in store then check out the website ww.bhs.co.uk and click on the link for the Tammy page, there is a much better selection.
Waiting/Queues The length of the queue depends on what day it is, buy normally service is quick. Everytime I have been there there hasn't been any queues so I'm guessing there isn't many.
Conclusion This shop, in my opinion, is one of the best clothing shops for girls. You will always find something there to suit your taste (if you're between 7-16 years).
