I love gardening. In fact, of all the things I love, gardening is right up there with toasted bagels, sunny days down the park, my boyfriend's smile and rainbows.
Gardener's World Magazine has travelled the journey to gardening love I have been on all my life, and it's been such a great source of information and inspiration that I felt compelled really to write about it here.
There are other magazines out there for gardening enthusiasts, but I really fell this one has the greatest quantity of good information and advise, the most amazing colour photography, with some of the images being, in my opinion, frame worthy, as well as reader offers on plants and a whole directory on gardens to visit and shops to purchase your gardening stock at. ...is quite well presented with plenty of large coloured pictures.
The articles are easy to read. The advice given is good.
There are some articles written by TVgardeners.
All round this is a goodgardening magazine to read to give you ideas about which plants to plant and how to look after them.
There are adverts about gardening items plants , compost bins ,worms, greenhouses. I think I shall send away for a seed catalogso I can order my seeds for the spring ..
I enjoyed reading this magazine. I borrowed this copy from the library but I have seen it on sale in several newsagents.
It will soon be time to tidy up the garden for this year and dream of the wonderful garden we will grow next year this mag gives some good ideas. Happy gardening Mary...

There are plenty of adverts in this magazine for gardening tools, seed merchants and a gross picture of a slug advertising slug pellets.
There is a quick make article , this month its about cane toppers ,yes I have been poked in the face by a cane when gardening when I forgot it was there ,maybe if I had one of these cane toppers It would not have happened to me .
There is an Issue special this month it's about summer evenings. Scented plants and lighting are highlighted telling you which plants are scented and how to grow them. This article talks about safety in lighting your garden and lighting options and good positions for lights.
There are a couple of pages about easy border planting, a list of plants and a little about them, tips and hints on planting.
