This laptop is really good. however I have owned mine for just under a year now and the battery has broken so I need to get it fixed which is very annoying. Apart from the battery breaking I think that the laptop is great and I would buy a Dell laptop again. I use my laptop everyday but i would have expected the batttery to last longer, especially seeing as it is dell. Now I have the hassel of getting the battery fixed. I would still reccomend this dell laptop to other people as it is good value for money and looks nice etc and apart from the battery the laptop is easy to use and I haven't had any other problems with it. Dell is usually a reliable service and hopefully it wont be too bad having to get the battery fix, if not then I can buy a new battery. ...

I bought a Laptop from Staples, and they had an offer at that point, if you buy a Laptop, you get the messenger bag for half price. So I got his bag for £25.
There is a really good padded laptop compartment which easily protects the laptop from knocks and bangs. It is big enough to hold a 17" laptop easily; it has some space at each side so the laptop can not be hit easily.
There is also another compartment in front of it that papers could be held in, at the moment it holds my laptop cooler easily, so could hold quite a bit in. This has some padding, but it is only on the side of the laptop.
There is also another compartment right at the front. The front zips down to allow easy access to the areas within the compartment. Within this compartment there is a card holder, pen holder, a zipped compartment, and two Velcro down parts ...

I have used Dell Inspiron 1545 for a couple of months. I'm glad I made right decision. My friend who works in computer filed suggested me this one after asking me my demand for a laptop.
First , I would like to say , it can totally meet all requirements I expected from a good laptop. I use it to write articles especially for my blog, to send and receive emails, to talk on MSN and Skype with my family and friends abroad. It never let me down. I also used it to watch TV including the programs on BBC Iplayer. Compared to my desk computer, I can feel the speed on my laptop was faster and the stability of the network was better.
Second, it has nice overall design. Slim, Simple and sleek. You have three colors to choose . I chose the black one that matches from outside to inside. The keyboard has all the necessary controls that I used ...
