I cannot recall how I fell into the arms of these people - but they are good. I have my house and car insurance with them, and when I had a bike, they dealt with that too.

Regarding the house insurance, I have several large trees very near the house, it was not a problem - none of that sniffiness you get with some brokers.

Regarding the car insurance; no rejection due to modifications ( it has lpg) and every year I check the prices, ask other companies for a quote and have never found a cheaper quote yet.

They are not perfect, but do their best - the paperwork is simple and minimal, and they do not pester you!

Oh - and the staff - you do not get the impression, as you do with somecompanies, that you are a nuisance when you ring, and they are apparently allowe to show that they have personalities and are real people - there is nothing worse that having someone on the end of a phone who has to stick to a script!
