The absolute worst salon experience ever. The colour and cut I received were not what I asked for and are completely unflattering. It will take months to recover and the ironic thing is that this experience was the most expensive salon visit I've had anywhere in the world (New York and Tokyo inlcuded)! The salon is completely disorganised - they keep you waiting, chat amongst themselves, and don't take the time to understand what their customers want. The management are impossible to get a hold of and make promises they don't deliver on. The only thing going for this place is the decor which is beautiful vintage Parisien chic. Take a peek through the window but enter at your own risk!
