I've been going to Taylor Taylor for a couple of years now, but had colour done there until recently. The whole experience has been awful. On the first visit the electricity went out, and the colouring was done with virtually no light, except for a few candles. When the lights came back on in the salon, I noticed that my hair colour was virtually unchanged. However, the light was still poor so I paid and then made a complaint. They agreed to correct the colour. On my second visit, I left feeling quite please with my new highlightes, however they had failed to shampoo and rinse properly. The following day the colour leaked all across my white top. The salon agreed to compensate me, but the whole experience has been terrible that I will never return to Taylor Taylor for a cut or colouring. In fairness to them, the salon have tried to compensate for their mistakes, however it's not enough for me. The salon is expensive and therefore they should get it right first time and not make silly mistakes. I will be going elsewhere in future.
In summary I would recommend this place for a cut, but you'd be mad to go there for any kind of hair colouring.

That sounds terrible, especially as I'm sure it's not cheap. I'm lucky, I have a great hairdresser who comes to my flat. Triciax
