I had been to Taylor Taylor several times for both highlights and cuts and was always happy and grateful I'd found the perfect cutter. Then I had a disaster having had my hair dyed back to its natural colour (as I do in the winter) and was left sitting there with the dye on for about 15 mins longer than I was told it needed and it being almost black. I was nearly in tears and then taken to the sinks and had toner put on my scalp which burnt it (and they should never have done that) and then milk poured over it to try and calm it. I was ushered out the shop with products to calm the colour and told to use washing up liquid to strip the hair. I then had a nightmare having any dealings with the manager, always so friendly on the phone but failed to call me back when he said he would. It took me to chase a few too many times and each time I had to remind him of the whole event as though he'd never heard it before I ended up with a free colour... and had to have a new hairdresser as the one I used and loved had left. I got my free colour (just a clear one as was advised my hair was looking great the colour it was...durrr..silly me) and had the cut, all in all I was in there 3 hours!!! He'd dried it the best blow dry I'd ever had but when I washed it, I saw how rubbish the cut was. I'd paid £57 for an absolute joke It was only a month ago and I'm desperate for it to be done again. I daren't complain again because it's not worth the hassle I rated the salon very highly and sent a few friends their way. Now I will not go back and nor will they. Saturday's are hellish, complete chaos, queues at the sinks and left waiting at far too many intervals.

Good review but could do with some more info to gain higher ratings. Take a look at other reviews to get an idea of the level of info that is needed to gain higher ratings. x
